Answers about buying and using a private IPTV server line from PrivateLine. Can’t find yours? Ask us.
What is an IPTV private server?
An IPTV service whose lines are issued privately by one seller, in limited numbers, instead of being sold as codes on public marketplaces. Here it means one personal line per customer.
How do I pay?
Online at checkout by card or the other methods shown there. It is a single payment, not a subscription that renews.
How long until I can watch?
Most logins are emailed within minutes of payment, and always within a few hours.
Which devices are supported?
Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV and boxes, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple devices, Android phones, computers and MAG boxes. See the setup guide.
What internet speed do I need?
About 15 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K per screen. A wired connection is the single biggest fix for buffering.
Can I watch on two TVs?
Install on as many devices as you like; the plan sets how many play at the same time. Choose 2, 3 or 4 devices for simultaneous viewing.
Is there a refund?
Yes, within 7 days if the service does not work for you. Details in the refund policy.
Do I keep my login when I renew?
Yes. Renewing extends the same line, so nothing needs reinstalling.
Are adult channels included?
Only if you ask for them at checkout, and only for adults. They stay hidden otherwise.
